EZguider is an exclusive Vacation.com member benefit available to you at no additional cost. In addition to the current cruise, tour, air and insurance features, you will soon be able to book cars, hotels and destination activities at no fee.

Will I need to install software to use EZguider?

No. EZguider is a Web-based application accessible from AgentNet and requires no installation. Plus, every time you log on to EZguider, you will be using the most current version featuring the latest enhancements.

Currently you can book numerous Preferred Suppliers through EZguider. Our team of engineers is working with a host of other Preferred Suppliers to integrate their technology into EZguider to bring you and your clients even more vacation options.

What about hotels, flights and car rentals?

Right now you can add hotels, flights and car rentals that are available as add ons from tour operators, plus book stand alone air through EZair. As EZguider continues to grow to meet all your leisure-selling needs, you will be able to book stand alone hotel, car rental, rail, ferry, transfers, activities and events.

Is it easy to purchase travel insurance through EZguider?

Yes! EZguider lets you easily add third party travel insurance to your client's tour package or cruise. EZguider currently features high-commission insurance protection packages from CSA, RBC Insurance, Travel Guard and Travel Insured.

What type of tours can I book through EZguider?

Through EZguider's integrated tour-booking functionality, you can create tailor-made itineraries with individual travel components; construct real-time dynamic packages built "on the fly;" sell both pre-packaged holiday and fixed-itinerary tours; and book tour wholesaler packages.

Will I receive the same high commissions I do when booking directly with the supplier?

Yes! All the enhanced commissions you currently receive through your Vacation.com membership will carry through to your EZguider bookings.

Will EZguider feature exclusive Vacation.com specials and offers?

Yes. High-commission Preferred Supplier deals, Vacation.com agent incentives and exclusive Vacation.com consumer offers will be highlighted in the search results, making it easier for you to earn enhanced commissions by taking advantage of special incentives and promotions.

How will suppliers know the booking comes from my agency?

The first time you sign on to EZguider you are asked to input identifying information for each Preferred Supplier. These credentials, which will only need to be completed once, connect your bookings through EZguider to each supplier.

Can I manage bookings and reports through EZguider?

Yes! EZguider not only stores client records—making it a breeze to create, export, retrieve, review, amend and cancel quotes and bookings—but it also works seamlessly to exchange client data with TRAMS Back Office through ClientBase. Also, you can use EZguider to retrieve operational, statistical and management data through numerous reports. All reports can be exported to Microsoft Word, Excel or Outlook e-mail, making it easy for you to share with others in your agency and save to your records.
